These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by Webtick Design, with offices at 122- Radhey Homes UG-4, Brindavan Garden, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad – 201005, India. By engaging with our services, you (“Client”, “User”, “You”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Services
Webtick Design offers a range of digital services including but not limited to:
Website design and development
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Performance Marketing via Google Ads
Growth Marketing Strategies
Domain registration, hosting setup, and technical support
All services are rendered based on the scope of work mutually agreed upon through proposals, quotations, or contracts.

2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide all required content, feedback, access credentials, and other necessary materials in a timely manner.
You shall ensure all information provided is accurate, up-to-date, and lawful.
Failure to provide necessary information or cooperation may delay project timelines and may result in additional charges.

3. Payments and Refunds
Payment terms, milestones, and methods are detailed in the proposal or invoice.
Services may require an advance payment or deposit.
Delayed payments (beyond 7 days) may attract interest or suspension of services.
Refunds are not offered on services already rendered. For digital marketing and SEO services, performance is not guaranteed due to platform variability.

4. Project Delivery and Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Delays caused by the Client (in content submission, approvals, etc.) may extend the timeline.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property created (websites, graphics, code, etc.) remains the property of Webtick Design until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, ownership of final deliverables (excluding any third-party licensed assets) is transferred to the Client.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information exchanged before, during, and after the completion of the project. This includes business practices, credentials, and strategy documents.

7. Use of Third-Party Tools
Webtick may use or integrate third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, analytics tools, plugins). We are not responsible for any issues arising due to such third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability
Webtick Design shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.

9. Termination Policy
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, the Client is liable for payment of all work completed up to that point.
Prepaid but unutilized services will be evaluated for partial refund (subject to discretion).

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All legal matters will be addressed in the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
